Usage:
Applying Speak Up is easy and gives your lips a beautiful gloss. Make sure your lips are clean, choose your favourite shade, apply a little to the centre of your lower and upper lip, spread evenly and press your lips together. Remove any excess product and reapply as needed during the day.
